What we do with your details.
Short version: we use your details to reply, run the agent and deliver the work. We do not sell them or add you to a list you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you request an audit or book a call, we collect your name, email, company, trade, website, phone and the notes you send. When we run an agent, we process the lead data you provide, including names, phone numbers, emails and CRM exports, plus the call and SMS conversations the agent has on your behalf.
How it is used
To reply to you, prepare a quote, configure the agent, run the pilot and keep basic records. Contact requests are delivered through Resend or FormSubmit. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Client lead data
Lead data you upload belongs to you. We use it only to run the campaigns and agents you asked for. We do not add your leads to our own database or contact them for anything other than the agreed work. You can ask us to delete the data at any time.
Service providers
We use providers for telephony, SMS, AI models, calendars and email delivery. They process data on our instructions and under their own terms. We choose providers that support the consent, opt-out and disclosure requirements described in our terms.
Retention and rights
We keep enquiries while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your details by emailing renderflauxstudio@gmail.com.
Cookies
This site does not run its own advertising cookies. Embedded booking and email tools may set their own cookies when you use them.
