Plain-language terms.
These are the working terms for an audit, a pilot or a monthly agent plan. If something is unclear, ask before you pay. We would rather agree it in writing.
Scope
The audit is free and covers one conversation and one page of findings. A pilot covers the agent, the scripts, the connections and the dashboard described on the pricing page. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.
Pilot and setup
Most pilots go live within three business days of the audit. The pilot runs for fourteen days and has one success metric: qualified appointments booked. If the pilot does not produce a qualified appointment, the success fee is waived. Setup work is still delivered and remains yours.
Revisions
Scripts, qualification questions and routing are refined until you approve them before launch. We do not charge per revision during the pilot. After launch, we adjust the agent as the first real conversations reveal gaps.
Ownership
When the invoice is paid, you own the scripts, the workflow and the conversations. The agent runs on accounts under your business. We may describe the engagement in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Payment and cancellation
Pilot setup is paid before launch. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Reactivation pilots are priced for the lead volume listed on the pricing page, with a success fee per booked appointment.
Compliance
We start with inbound leads and past customers where consent exists. The agent identifies itself, honors quiet hours and processes opt-outs. For B2B outreach, we follow the rules that apply in your market. You are responsible for the accuracy of the lead data you provide.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a number of leads, sales or revenue. The pilot is measured on qualified appointments, and the result depends on your market, your offer, your capacity and the quality of the leads you provide.
